Privacy Policy

BoomAds (“BoomAds”, “we”, “us”) is an AI tool that generates video ads from the product details you give us. This policy covers the BoomAds website, app, and the generation pipeline behind them. It applies whenever you visit boomads.ai or sign in to your workspace.

We collect only what we need to make your ads and run the service.

• Account information. Your email address and authentication details. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.
• Content you provide. The product URLs, briefs, product photos, app screenshots, scripts, and any other material you upload or type so we can generate an ad.
• Ads we generate for you. The scripts, voiceovers, frames, and finished video ads produced from your inputs, along with the choices you make in the flow.
• Usage data. Basic technical data such as device and browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used to keep the service working and to improve it.
• Cookies. A small number of cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as light or dark mode.

• Generate the video ads you ask for and show them in your workspace.
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Respond to you when you contact support.
• Send service messages about your account or important changes. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train our own general-purpose models.

To turn your brief into a finished ad, BoomAds sends your content to third-party AI and infrastructure providers that generate images, motion, and voice, and that host our app and store your data. These providers process your content only to perform that work for us, under contract.

• AI model providers that generate frames, video, and voiceovers from the inputs you supply.
• Cloud hosting and storage that run the application and store your account data and uploads.
• Authentication and database services that sign you in and keep your workspace.

Do not upload anything you are not allowed to share. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

We share your information only in these cases:

• Service providers. The processors above, acting on our instructions to run the service.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of BoomAds, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If BoomAds is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that deal. We will tell you first.

We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

We keep your account information and the ads in your workspace for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or close your account, we delete the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your data and close your account.
• Export a copy of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these, email support@boomads.ai. We respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you if something goes wrong.

BoomAds serves users in the EU and the US, and our providers may process data in either region. When we move data across borders we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses so it stays protected to the standard required where you live.

BoomAds is a business tool and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

We update this policy when our practices change. When we make a material change we update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use BoomAds after a change means you accept the updated policy.
